These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the AlphaInk SMM Panel. Please read these terms carefully before using our Services. AlphaInk will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service. 

Service Description 

The Services provided by AlphaInk include social media marketing and management tools for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. These services help users to increase their social media presence, engage with their audience, and promote their brand.

User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create an account on our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account information and password. You are solely responsible for any activities or actions taken under your User Account. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your User Account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your User Account if suspicious or fraudulent activities are detected.

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

 You retain ownership of all content that you upload or post on our platform ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Your Content solely to provide the Services to you. We have no obligation to store Your Content and may delete it at any time without notice to you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content, and your content will not be shared with any third party without your prior consent.

Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to provide our Services with minimal disruption or downtime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability due to factors beyond our control such as internet connectivity issues or server maintenance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services without notice in case of emergency or for maintenance purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in such cases wherever possible.

Payment and Refund Policy

In the AlphaInk Panel, You need to deposit credit or funds before you place or submit your order.  After successful payment, your credit will be deposited automatically within 5 min into your account balance. 

After the deposit, if you would like to get a refund for the remaining balance, you can ask for a refund to your payment gateway any time you want. We will refund your payment gateway within 6-12 hours. However, getting money to your card or bank depends on your local bank or card company.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit without any valid reason, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to you or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts. 

If the order's page or account username/URL/Link changes, is broken, remove or the account gets suspended for violating social media terms & conditions, AlphaInkl will not take responsibility for this and if the order status is completed, ALphaInk will not refund the order. 

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it. Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We understand that some information provided by you may be confidential ("Confidential Information"). We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and shall not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent unless required by law. We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of Your Content and Confidential Information as required by applicable data protection laws.
